_{Well if it's by character design then I could say that they are similar but I think that's the only similarity they have... Kuroh and Kanda's personality clash too much for me to even say that they're similar

And besides, allen if ever got that close, Kanda would probably be on edge and scream at him for nothing (^V^)}

Haha yes!!
The blantant black and white theme along with shiro's outfit really make it alike in a Yullen fans mind.
But really the personalities do differ.
They do both have a bit of a cold exterior though, and first they attempt to kill the other XD
But yes, really it just amazes me that they are so similar in apparell and appearance.
I mean Shiro dresses like a modern Allen, red tie and everything while both Kanda and Kuroh have the wonderful Katanas.
